Cement based plaster with natural minerals, polymer additives and a high ratio of hydraulic binder.
 

This highly adheshive product is used in plastering the interior and exterior facades of buildings where XPS, EPS and Rockwool heat isolation boards have been used.
 

1. Surfaces on which Sıvax will be applied must be free of all dust, dirt, paint, grease etc. that could reduce adherence.
2. Application of Sıvax Coarse Plaster or Sıvax Single Layer Plaster is recommended for smooth wall surface before installlation of heat boards to the surface.
3. 25 kg bag of Sıvax is mixed in a container by adding 6 to 7 lt of water, by hand or using a mixer, until a homogenous mixture is obtained. It is left to rest for 4-5 minutes, then mixed again to ensure homogeneity, and is applied on the prepared surface (maximum 2-3 mm). Plaster mesh is placed on it and embedded in fresh mixture.Plaster mesh must be install 10 cm above the transverse and longitudunal joints. A final thin coat of plaster is applied to cover the mesh, and left to dry. The application of a second coat must be done at least 24 hours later.
4. The surface of the plaster is trifled and may be smoothened by a wet sponge if preferred.
5. Sıvax Heat Board Plaster can be applied with plaster machines to the surface if preferred.

CURE: For higher robustness of the plaster, surface should be irrigated starting 3 hours after application,
for 3 days by determined time moments according to the weather conditions.
 

1. As it is a cement based material mustn't be directly inhaled. In case of an eye-touch must be washed by ample water.
2. No foreign material can be added into the product.
3. Shouldn't be applied onto frozen surfaces under cold weather conditions.
4. Must be protected against fast drying under severe wind or strong sunlight conditions.
5. Ambient temperature is between +5 °C and +35 °C.
6. Using gloves is recommended during use.
