Cement based, mineral origined ready single layer machine plaster with polymer additives. Easily fits to surface, adheres well, never leaves the surface. Sıvax Single Layer has superior qualifications with its special granulometrics, inorganic filling and additives. The smooth surfaces gained by using Sıvax Single Layer with its higher treatibility presents a high quality base for following processes.
 

Interior and exterior; concrete, gross concrete, aerated concrete, brick, bims surface and all ceiling surfaces.

1. Surface must be free of dust, paint, form oil and any adherence reducing material.
2. Broken or cracked surfaces and holes must be repaired before application by using appropriate material (Betox Repairing Mortar is recommended)
3. Surface must be moistured by using water before application.
4. Plaster profiles should be used for high quality and performance on the corners.
5. Plaster nettings must be used on conjunction areas and active points.
6. Sıvax Sprinkle application is recommended, at least 24 hours before application of Sıvax Single Layer to ceiling, concrete and gross concrete surfaces.
7. Installation of pilot templates are recommended for smooth wall surface before Sıvax Single Layer.
8. Sıvax Single Layer is sprinkled by ready plaster machines onto prepared surfaces.
9. The surface is rubbed by a strike board, trifled after hardened enough and application is finished by a moisturised sponge if wanted.
10. Second layer should be applied at least 24 hours after Sıvax Single Layer application.
11. An ideal thickness is a 1,5 cm in Sıvax Single Layer Machine Plaster application.

CURE: For higher robustness of the plaster, surface should be irrigated starting 3 hours after application,
for 3 days by determined time moments according to the weather conditions.
 

1. As it is a cement based material mustn't be directly inhaled. In case of an eye-touch must be washed by ample water.
2. No foreign material can be added into the product.
3. Shouldn't be applied onto frozen surfaces under cold weather conditions.
4. Must be protected against fast drying under severe wind or strong sunlight conditions.
5. Ambient temperature is between +5ºC and +35ºC
