Cement based heat board adhesive, strengthened with synthetic and polymer additives.
 

Used for adhering XPS, EPS and Rockwool etc. heat board onto interior and exterior, concrete, gross concrete, brick and plastered surfaces.
 

1. Surfaces on which Cerax Heat Board Adhesive will be applied must be free of all dust, dirt, paint, grease etc. that could reduce adherence.
2. If surface is dry or absorbent, must be moistured by using water before application.
3. Application of Sıvax Coarse Plaster or Sıvax Single Layer Machine Plaster is recommended for smooth surfaces before installation of heat boards to the surfaces.
4. If smoothing plaster will not apply to the surface; cracks, holes, peels or deformation on the surface must be repaired before application.
5. 25 kg-bag of Cerax Heat Board Adhesive is mixed in a container by adding 6 to 7 lt of water, by hand or using a mixer, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mix should be mixed again after being left for rest for 4-5 minutes to be ready.
6. The mixture is applied around and in the middle of the heat board (the surface to be adhered) using a steel spatula. Sufficient amount of material must be applied in the middle of the board. On smooth surfaces the material can be applied with a 5-mm trowel.
7. Boards are adhered on the surface by applying appropriate pressure.
8. Joints of heat boards shouldn’t be the same level, joints should be diversed.
9.Installation is completed by mounting dowels after 24 hours wherever necessary on the board. (6 pieces for one board )
 

1. As the product is cement based, it must not be inhaled, and rinsed with water in case of contact with skin or eyes.
2. Do not use any other additives when preparing Cerax Heat Board Adhesive.
3. Using gloves is recommended during use.
4. The application must be made under +5 to +35 şC.
5. The bag must be used within one week after being opened.
6. It can be used for one year, if stored in dry and appropriate conditions, stacking 8 rows at most..
