Aerated Concrete Bonding Mortar

 DESCRIPTION  

Cement based aerated concrete bonding mortar with polymer additives. It is a product with a longer drying period, keeping joint widths at a minimum to reduce plaster costs and heat loss, with excellence adherence features, enabling labour and time savings, and especially produced for aerated concrete and aerated concrete bricks.

 

APPLICATION FIELDS

For bonding aerated concrete blocks, aerated concrete bricks, and pressed bricks.
 

PREPARATION OF SURFACE

1. The application surface must be free of all dust, dirt, paint, grease etc.
2. The application surface must be humidified with water.
 

APPLICATION

 1. 25 kg of BETOX Aerated Concrete Bonding Mortar is mixed by adding 7 to 8 lt. of water with a low speed mixer, until it reaches a paste- like appearence.
 2. It is left to rest for 3-5 minutes, then mixed again; and is ready for use.
 3. BETOX Aerated Concrete Bonding Mortaris applied on the surface prepared using a spatula.( 3mm  thickness is recommended)
 4. The application must be made under +5 °C to +35 °C.
 5. Please do not use the expired mixture again, and do not mix it into the new mixture to be prepared.
 

CAUTION

1. Using gloves is recommended during use.
2. As the product is cement based, it must not be inhaled, and rinsed with water in case of contact with skin or eyes.
3. Do not use any other additives when preparing Betox aerated concrete lattice mixture.
4. It must be stored under dry conditions stacking 10 vertical rows at most.

SHELF LIFE One year from the date of production if kept in a dry place free of humidity. The cover of a container must be closed tightly when it is not being used.
TOXICITY: Not toxic.
