DESCRIPTION
|
|
Cement based fine
repairing mortar with a high ratio of polymer additives and high
adherence.
A smooth and water tight surface is obtained, without any cracks
or peeling.

APPLICATION
FIELDS |
Gross
concrete, surfaces for leveling rough surfaces and for repairs.
For repairing facades, ceiling and wall plasters.

PREPARATION OF
SURFACE |
1. Application
surface must be free of all dust, paint, grease etc.
2. Cracks and broken parts on concrete surfaces must be removed,
and cleaned until a proper surface is obtained. Then filled with
BETOX Repairing Mortar (Coarse) and is ready for application.
3. Swollen surfaces of cement based plaster must be cleaned,
cracks and holes, if any, must be repaired.
4. Surface of application must be humidified by water if
necessary.

APPLICATION |
1. 25kg of Betox
Repairing Mortar-Fine is mixed by adding 5 to 6 lt of water with
a low speed mixer, until it reaches a paste-like appearence.
2. The Betox Repairing Mortar-Fine is left to rest for 3-5
minutes, mixed again to ensure homogeneity and applied on the
prepared
surface using a steel trowel.
3. The application thickness is 3 mm. for first layer. 6 hours
after a second layer may be applied to the humidified surface up
to 2 mm. thickness by a steel trowel. The application is
finished by a wet sponge.
4. In hot weather, the surface must be irrigated with certain
intervals for 3 days, depending on the weather conditions.
5. On wide surfaces the smoothness of the surfaces may be
ensured using screed trowels.

CAUTION |
1. Using gloves is
recommended during use.
2. As the product is cement based, it must not be inhaled, and
rinsed with water in case of contact with skin or eyes.
3. Do not use any other additives when preparing Betox Fine
Repairing Mortar.
4. It must be stored under dry conditions stacking 10 vertical
rows at most.
5. Do not use onto gypsum plaster and gypsum board surfaces. |

must be closed tightly when it is not being used.
